1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the spin88 platform (available at spin88.bio and any associated mobile interfaces), you ("the Player," "User," "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the spin88 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms that may apply from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not register an account, deposit funds, or use any service provided by spin88. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

The spin88 platform is intended exclusively for adults. To register and maintain an account with spin88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or using the platform on behalf of another individual;
• You have not previously been excluded, self-excluded, or had an account terminated by spin88 for a breach of these Terms;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Malaysian users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gaming is lawful under Malaysian law, including the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and any other applicable legislation. spin88 makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) spin88 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, IP address, device, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, with forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not disclose them to any third party;
• Notify spin88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

spin88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above security obligations. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.

spin88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances are held and transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). spin88 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian account holders: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow QR, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is RM 30. Maximum deposit limits are subject to the payment method selected and may be varied by spin88 at its discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your spin88 wallet balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. spin88 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
• All funds deposited must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be reversed.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is RM 50.
• Prior to processing any withdrawal, spin88 requires completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. Documents typically required include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad) and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days upon approval of the withdrawal request. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment method and the receiving institution.
• spin88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where account activity has triggered automated fraud-prevention alerts.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash balances. See Section 5 for details.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

spin88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, e.g., "30×") before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn as cash.
• Only wagers placed on qualifying game categories count towards bonus wagering requirements. Live casino and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — the specific contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting.
• spin88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including where spin88 reasonably believes the offer is being abused.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise specified. Coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in permanent account suspension.

6 Gameplay & Wagering

spin88 offers slots, live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, sic bo, and poker variants), sportsbook, progressive jackpots, and arcade games. All gaming outcomes on certified RNG-based games are determined by independently audited random number generators. Live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer in a live studio environment.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and table. Limits are displayed within each game interface prior to wagering.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game round, the round will be resolved based on the game state recorded on spin88's servers at the time of disconnection. spin88's recorded data shall be considered authoritative in any dispute.
• Winnings are credited to your spin88 wallet balance upon settlement of each game round or event.
• spin88 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, as a result of a technical malfunction, or in circumstances where the odds or payouts were manifestly displayed incorrectly.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Using any software, bot, script, AI tool, or automated process to interact with the spin88 platform in any way not expressly permitted;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any such advantage gained must be reported to spin88 immediately;
• Collusion with other players in any game where collusion would constitute an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to launder money or otherwise use the spin88 platform in connection with any criminal activity;
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity, age, or payment method ownership;
• Accessing your spin88 account or using the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law;
• Allowing any third party to use your spin88 account, or using an account registered in another person's name;
• Any conduct that spin88, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the platform, other players, or spin88's service providers.

8 Responsible Gaming

spin88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All account holders have access to the following self-management tools, configurable directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap your total losses within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at intervals you choose during active gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: On-screen notifications showing elapsed session time and net results for the current session.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the spin88 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, brand identity, text, and data — is the property of spin88 or its licensed game studio partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the spin88 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the spin88 platform without prior written consent from spin88 or the relevant rights holder.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, spin88 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the spin88 platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the spin88 platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond spin88's reasonable control, including force majeure events;
• Any losses arising from your own failure to keep your account credentials secure or from your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits spin88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, and retention of your personal data by spin88 is governed by the spin88 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

spin88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including requirements analogous to those established under internationally recognised data privacy frameworks. Your data is not sold to third-party marketing organisations.

12 Amendments to this Agreement

spin88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, spin88 will provide reasonable notice via a notification within the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. The revised Terms & Conditions will display an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the spin88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 14.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract law applicable to online gaming services. spin88 operates under international gaming licensing and is subject to the regulatory framework of its licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between you and spin88 arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally in the first instance by contacting spin88 customer support at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue the dispute through the dispute resolution procedures prescribed by spin88's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause prevents spin88 from taking immediate legal action where necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including in cases of fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms.
